Dakota Sweeney was arrested on April 22 after Carroll County law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting at a residence in Carrollton, Mo., according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol press release. A woman was found dead at the scene, with a witness identifying Sweeney as a suspect.**** TMZ reports *Summer House *star West Wilson's grandmother, Gayle R. Wilson, as the woman killed, and Sweeney is his cousin.

Sweeney was arrested on site without incident and has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. KCTV reports that Sweeney's step-grandfather witnessed the shooting and told authorities that Sweeney and Gayle R. Wilson had argued earlier in the evening over chores. The local outlet also reports Sweeney has since pleaded not guilty to both charges.

West Wilson's father, Bruce, and Sweeney's mother, Kelly, are Gayle's stepchildren.
