Lizzo also teased her upcoming album Bitch in the post, which is set to be released on June 5

Lizzo is grateful for the birthday love.

On Tuesday, April 28, the singer and rapper shared a post on Instagram featuring multiple snaps from her 38th birthday celebrations, as well as teasing the release date for her upcoming album, Bitch.

“Thank yall for the bday wishes. PRE ORDER MY NEW ALBUM BITCH - COMING JUNE 5th,” Lizzo captioned the post.

Several of the photos showed the "Truth Hurts" musician wearing a strapless mini dress with “Happy Birthday” written all over it, which she teamed with matching over-the-knee boots.

Lizzo, who turned 38 on Monday, also struck a pose in front of birthday-themed balloons while holding a party blower in her mouth in multiple photos, adding a birthday hat and dazzling jewelry to complete her look for the special occasion.

One video showed Lizzo blowing out her candles on a birthday cake before twerking, while pictures of another cake featured her album cover, depicting her as a middle finger.

The birthday girl's carousel also included multiple photos of her celebrating with friends, as well as further pictures featuring her album artwork, and one last shot of her boyfriend Myke Wright kissing her on the cheek.

Lizzo's post comes after she and Wright were seen holding hands on Monday as they headed to the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles to celebrate her special day.

The musician wore a black dress with sheer side panels for the occasion, teaming it with black heels and sunglasses with a brown fur shawl draped over her shoulders.

Lizzo and Wright went public with their relationship in April 2022 but have been linked since October 2021.

The couple first met while cohosting MTV's music series Wonderland back in 2016.
