The luxe ensemble has the influencer's followers divided, with many claiming that the coat is likely a loan

Earle recently opened up about her upcoming reality show

Alix Earle's latest look has her followers divided.

The influencer, 25, took to TikTok on Sunday, Feb. 22, to show off a glam ensemble featuring one particularly pricey item. In the clip — set to a remix of Megan Thee Stallion's "Savage" featuring audio from Netflix's popular series Tiger King — Earle sports a tiger-striped fur coat with a gold chain belt as well as black tights, sunglasses and a Gucci handbag.

Eagle-eyed TikTok users ID'd the coat as a $48,000 shearling number by Gucci. Per the fashion house's website, the coat is part of the spring/summer 2026 collection and "crafted from intarsia smooth long shearling," and a "detachable chain belt with a Double G detail."

"I thought you were exaggerating until I looked it up omgggg 😭😭😭," one user replied under another's comment calling out the price.

A separate comment read, "That coat is my salary but like… you go girl 😭."

Another came to Earle's defense, writing, "I mean she’s working for it more than most people her age I see in Gucci. So good for her. I would wear it if I could afford it. 🤷🏻‍♀️"

Other users pointed out that the coat may have been loaned to Earle.

In January, it was announced that Earle and her family would be starring in a new reality TV show.

She revealed the news in a joint Instagram post with Netflix, the streamer behind the new series. In the video announcing the news, the content creator and Get Real with Me host is on the phone with her father outside of Netflix's offices, where she's presumably just come from a meeting, as she assures him that things are going to be "fine.""Dad, it's gonna be fun!" the content creator says, looking all business in a sheer maroon blouse and glasses. "It's gonna be fine.""What's the worst that can happen?" she asks, as she struts away from the office.

Just days ago, Earle opened up more about what fans can expect from her show.

On Feb. 18, she took to her TikTok in her regular "Get Ready with Me" fashion to update followers on filming."Let's get ready to go film with my family for our docuseries," Earle began her video as she applied makeup."We've filmed a few scenes in days so far, but now we're finally starting to really just get the cameras rolling," she added.Earle admitted that the filming for the series had taken some getting used to, before revealing that the family had actually been filming the show for quite some time, since as early as August 2025.

The series will focus on Earle's "blended family," including her equally popular influencer sister Ashtin Earle, and the many beloved members of the social media star's extended friend group, per a release from Netflix.

"The series will document the real-time messiness of a young woman in transition," the release read.
